I’m Justin Twardy. My work has taken me from nonprofit HR and office operations to leading a restaurant team. Across those roles, I’ve focused on building reliable systems and supporting the people who use them.
I bring a practical, people-centered approach to HR and operations. I’ve recruited and onboarded employees, administered benefits and payroll processes, managed facilities and vendors, and led a team through the daily demands of a busy restaurant. I like work that gives others the tools, clarity, and support to succeed.
Led a team of approximately 15 at a location with roughly $41,000 in weekly sales. Owned staffing, training, scheduling, guest recovery, labor planning, operating standards, vendor coordination, and financial performance.
Supported a growing nonprofit across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, HR systems, payroll review, leave and compliance processes, office operations, events, budgets, vendors, and first-line technology support.
